What is Transpo.ai?
A transportation management workspace for carrier loads, dispatch, drivers, documents, tracking and money records.
How much does it cost?
Launch plans are $39/month per company for 1–2 trucks, $79 for 3–10 trucks, and $149 for 11–25 trucks. More than 25 trucks requires a custom quote. There are no per-user or additional driver-login fees. All prices are in USD. Usage allowances and any extra charges are confirmed before subscription activation.
What is semi-autopilot?
The system reads documents, prepares invoice drafts and updates summaries. You review and approve. Your team stays in control.
Can drivers have their own login?
Yes. Drivers see their assigned loads, personal receipts and recorded pay.
Does phone tracking run in the background?
Keep the tracking page open and active. Phone tracking does not replace an ELD.
Are fuel cards, ELD sync and accountant matching live?
Not yet. These connections and the provider directory are planned. You can save existing contacts and vendor references today.
Does it file my taxes?
It organizes and exports your records. Your accountant reviews, reconciles and files.

Information used by the service
Guru Kirpa Transport Inc operates this Transpo.ai website and workspace. Depending on the features you use, the workspace processes account and contact details, company and driver profiles, load and equipment records, uploaded documents and receipts, payment and expense records, messages, and location records you choose to share. Authentication uses session cookies. Hosting and security services may process technical request information.
Why and with whom
Information is used to provide the workflows you request, maintain accounts, support users and protect the service. Records may be visible to authorized members of your company according to their access. Sharing a tracking or document link gives its recipient access to the information exposed by that link; share it only with intended recipients.
Infrastructure providers support hosting, authentication and storage. AI extraction sends document content to the configured AI provider for processing. Email and integration providers process relevant information when those features are configured and used. Connected services have their own privacy terms. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
Location, records and requests
Phone location sharing requires permission and an active tracking page. Stopping sharing does not automatically delete previously saved history. Saved operational records do not automatically disappear when a trip ends or a user signs out.
For access, correction, export, deletion or privacy questions, contact info@gktranspo.top. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the company that controls the record. Record retention and removal depend on the record, applicable obligations and the company’s instructions. Do not email passwords or sensitive identity documents with an initial request.
Service terms
Authorized business use
Use the workspace only for companies and records you are authorized to manage. Keep credentials private, give users appropriate access, and upload only information you have permission to use. Do not impersonate another carrier, misuse carrier authority, access another company’s records, or use the service for unauthorized brokerage or unlawful activity.
Review before acting
AI extraction, invoice drafts, mileage summaries and financial records need human review. Your company remains responsible for dispatch decisions, load details, payment approvals, driver safety and required filings. The software does not replace an ELD, a licensed professional, or your accountant’s review. Location availability depends on devices, connectivity and permissions.
Plans and connections
Published prices describe launch plans. Signup alone does not start a paid subscription. Billing, usage allowances and any additional charges must be presented before activation. External services may require their own accounts, contracts and fees. Planned features and integrations are not a promise of current availability or provider endorsement.
Support and service changes
Contact info@gktranspo.top for support, account closure or plan questions. Features may change as the product develops. Maintain copies of records needed for your business and regulatory obligations. Any separately agreed service contract governs its specific commercial commitments.
